Wellbridge

Data Collection at Rig Site

Wellbridge is Wellcoms' field data acquisition and transfer software, designed to operate directly at the rig site. It collects operational data from multiple contractors and service providers, consolidates it, and securely delivers it in real time to WITSML SOAP servers.

Acting as a rig data concentrator, Wellbridge ingests WITS level 0 data streams from sources such as Mud Logging, MWD, Rig Instrumentation and Cementing services. These streams are aggregated, normalized and converted into WITSML 1.3.1.1 or 1.4.1.1, ensuring immediate compatibility with operator data stores and real-time monitoring systems.

Optimized for field conditions, Wellbridge remains lightweight, fast and resilient, even under limited or unstable bandwidth. Its flexible mapping and conversion mechanisms allow it to handle the variations and exceptions commonly encountered in real-world WITSML implementations.

In addition to rig-to-town data delivery, Wellbridge also supports WITSML-to-WITSML replication, enabling the controlled transfer of data objects between WITSML stores for redundancy, consolidation or distribution purposes.

Running on Microsoft Windows systems, Wellbridge can be easily deployed as a service on any rig-site machine connected to the network, with all transmissions configured and supervised through a simple and intuitive user interface.
